Notifying Qualstar of a Claim. You must fill out the Price Match Guarantee application form (an “Application”) to receive a matching price through our Price Match Guarantee Program The lower rate must be available at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives, and your Application must be received and approved by Qualstar before the date you purchase the applicable Qualstar product. Once an Application has been submitted with respect to an applicable product, no further Applications can be submitted for such product, even if a lower price is located in the future. The Price Match Guarantee Program only applies to products purchased directly from Qualstar.

Must be an "Apples to Apples" Comparison. The Price Match Guarantee is available only for product matches comparable to models in the Q Series. For example, the fully licensed version of a competing product must be the same or substantially equivalent to the product offered by Qualstar. In the event that a competitor price includes a bulk order discount (or similar promotion), the pricing applicable to such bulk order (or similar promotion) shall only apply if your Qualstar order would have also satisfied the same criteria (e.g., if a competitor offers a bulk order price of $100.00 per product when ordering over 10 units, and you are submitting that price in your Application, then you must order over 10 units from Qualstar for that $100.00 product price to be applicable).

Verification of Claims. All requests, including quotes, are subject to verification by Qualstar. Qualstar will not accept purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by Qualstar personnel, nor will Qualstar verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Qualstar will attempt to verify the claim made in your Application within 10 business days of the date of submission.

Currency and Price Difference. If the price from a competitor is given in a currency other than USD, Qualstar will convert this price using the applicable exchange rate at the time of submission of the Application. Price differences due to fluctuations in exchange rates or due to the rounding of figures in connection with calculating a foreign currency conversion, will not be taken into account.

Changes to Program. Qualstar reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee Program or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your purchase of the applicable Qualstar product will determine your eligibility under the Price Match Guarantee Program. Qualstar reserves all rights and remedies in the event any person, individually or in collusion with others, attempts to circumvent these terms and conditions, to commit fraud, or to abuse the Price Match Guarantee Program.
